Dana means “generosity” or “giving” in Pali or Sanskrit. It refers to taking delight in giving — that is, getting in touch with the natural generosity that dwells within each of us.
A donation to Sanctuary in Kindness is an expression of our love and compassion for all beings and our eagerness to put Buddha’s teachings into practice.
